Kingdom Governance is led by Founder and Principal Strategic Advisor, Marlena Daniel, CPEC (Certified Personal and Executive Coach), an accomplished Human Resources executive and organizational advisor with more than 25 years of experience spanning human resources strategy, organizational development, executive leadership, and executive coaching.

Throughout her career, Marlena has helped organizations strengthen their people strategies, improve organizational effectiveness, navigate complex workplace challenges, and build the structures necessary for sustainable growth. Her background in human resources provides a unique foundation for advisory work, allowing her to understand the critical connection between people, culture, operations, and organizational performance.
